Dr. Susan is co-Founder of the Frain Family Celebrate Life Foundation, whose yearly fundraiser helps to establish CPR/AED programs in our local schools. The Foundation was created following her 3-year-old daughter’s sudden cardiac arrest due to an undetected genetic heart disorder. Her life was saved when Dr. Susan and husband, Dr. Patrick Frain, used CPR and an AED to jumpstart their daughter’s heart. Due to their efforts, multiple schools in Greater Green Bay, have achieved “Heart Safe School Designation” through Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, including all schools in the Ashwaubenon School District, Notre Dame Elementary School, and Notre Dame Middle School.

Dr. Susan uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of her patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art equipment, and providing the newest and best wellness products on the market today, Dr. Susan is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

His mission as a chiropractor is to keep his patient’s health balanced and aligned, by removing interference to their nervous system through chiropractic care. On the laser therapy side, Dr. Patrick’s mission is to reduce patient’s pain and inflammation through use of state-of-the-art Class IV Robotic Laser Therapy.

Dr. Patrick, who has extensive experience in emergency department and trauma work, now sets his focus on the preventative and wellness aspects of chiropractic care. In addition, he has a passion for taking care of professional athletes as well. Dr. Patrick was named to the Dean’s List at Palmer, and has been the recipient of numerous leadership awards and scholarships. In his final year at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Patrick was invited to serve in a special clinic abroad program to serve the underprivileged people of Nepal with his wife, Dr. Susan.

Since the inaugural season of 2003, Dr. Patrick has also served as the Official Team Chiropractor for the Green Bay Blizzard Professional Indoor Football League Team, and served as the Freeze Dance Team Chiropractor for ten consecutive seasons. He is proud to provide in-office and game-day sideline care to players, coaches, and Blizzard staff at the Resch Center.

Dr. Patrick takes great pride in serving generations of families from grandchildren to grandparents, and is passionate about public speaking on chiropractic, and providing motivational presentations about optimism, health, and wellness to groups of all sizes.

Recently, the foundation played a key role in local Green Bay schools becoming “Heart Safe Certified,” as a result of funds raised by Dr. Frain’s annual Frozen Winter Carnivals he and his wife have put on in the community, hosting thousands of attendees over the past seven years.

In his free time, Dr. Patrick enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters, Morgan and Hannah, his wife Susan, family, and friends. He loves to travel, spending time in Door County and Florida, photography, boating and sailing, and attending numerous chiropractic continuing education events around the country.
